If the Carnet is not for you, we want you to get your money back without any trouble.

Our 7-day promise

Write to us within 7 days of your purchase, from the email you used to buy, and tell us you would like a refund. You don't need to give a reason. We refund the full price to your original payment method, and you keep the book.

How long it takes

We process refunds within 2 business days. Depending on your bank, the money can take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

After 7 days

After 7 days we can no longer offer a refund, but if you have a problem with the file or the download, write to us at any time and we will fix it or send it again.
