We keep this simple. We only collect what we need to sell you the Carnet and answer your questions.

What we collect

When you buy: the payment is handled entirely by Stripe, our payment provider (Stripe privacy policy). Stripe collects your name, email, billing country and card details to process the payment and send your receipt. We never see or store your card number. We receive your name, email and order details so we can help you if something goes wrong.

When you write to us: we receive your name, email and message, and use them only to answer you.

What we don't do

We don't sell or share your data with anyone for marketing. This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics, and our fonts are hosted on our own site, so visiting it does not send your information to third parties.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. Messages are kept only as long as needed to answer you.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop using it. Write to us and we will answer within 30 days. If you live in the European Union, you may also complain to your data protection authority (in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).
